Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Cardiovascular Technology with 2 years of experience as a Cardiovascular Technologist and CCI certification (preferably Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist - RCIS) within one year of hire
• Associates Degree in Cardiovascular Technology and CCI certification (preferably RCIS) within 90 days of hire
• Satisfactory completion of a formal Radiologic Technology Program in an approved school, registered ARRT (R) and licensed as a Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) in the State of Florida
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association is required
• Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association is required within 1 year of hire
• IABP certification is preferred

Additional Information

• Must be prepared to float to downtown facility during working hours, but not for call
• Call responsibilities include 12 days of call within a 6-week period, including 1-2 weekends (Friday-Sunday)
• Epic experience is preferred
• The candidate may need to respond within 30 minutes for certain call shifts
• The candidate should be familiar with equipment operation and radiation safety practices
• Experience in electrophysiology, structural heart, and peripheral interventions is preferred

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
