Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 17, 2026, in Springfield, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist physicians during interventional procedures.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning them appropriately.
• Operate equipment used in cardiac catheterization labs, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
• Document patient data accurately and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Current license/certification as a Cath Lab Technologist.
• Experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting.
• Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
