Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist - $2,780 per week

Job Summary

The organization is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist for a position in the Cardiac Cath Lab in Iowa. This role involves performing peripheral and coronary angiograms, PCI, and pacemaker procedures, with proficiency in fluoroscopy and experience with specific equipment highly preferred.

Job Details

• Assists with peripheral and coronary angiography, PCI, and pacemaker procedures utilizing advanced equipment such as Artis Zee c-arm, Impella, IABP, and Acist Injector.
• Proficiency in fluoroscopy and comfort with peripheral and coronary angio cases are essential.

Required Qualifications

• Certifications in ARRT or CVT, active Iowa Radiology license preferred (can apply at offer acceptance).
• Completed at least one travel contract in the previous 12 months.
• 24 months of current Cardiac Cath experience.
• Active American Heart Association or ARC/Red Cross ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Valid drivers license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with equipment such as Impella, Acist Injector, iFR, IVUS, and proficiency with fluoroscopy.
• Iowa Radiology license highly preferred.

Schedule

Days shift, 9 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.

Additional Information

• The position may involve working 1-2 of the upcoming summer holidays, with orientation available on 9/21 and 9/28.
• Candidates must have no recent employment at related facilities within 12 months and be experienced in Cardiac Cath lab procedures.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
