Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist - $2,760 per week

About the role

The location is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist with a specialty in CCL TECH. This role involves performing interventional and vascular procedures in a hybrid setting, ensuring patient safety and high-quality outcomes. The position requires maintaining competency in advanced procedures and working independently during interventions.

Responsibilities

• Performing interventional and vascular procedures in a hybrid setting
• Ensuring patient safety and high-quality outcomes
• Maintaining competency in advanced procedures
• Working independently during interventions
• Proficiency in all aspects of interventional and vascular procedures, patient positioning, exposure factors, and radiation protection
• Understanding of anatomy and pathology (special/advanced procedure registry)
• Participating in on-call duties
• Demonstrating appropriate orientation and competency before independent function

Requirements

• Certifications: ARRT (Cardio Vascular Interventional, Radiography, or Vascular Intervention Radi), RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Intervention Specialist), BLS (Basic Life Support), and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – all required upon hire
• Education and Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in interventional special procedures within IR, cardiac, or vascular hybrid settings
• Location Requirements: Ability to work at the designated healthcare provider facility as scheduled
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Positive attitude

Schedule

Day shift, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, with on-call rotation of 15 shifts every four weeks, Friday through Sunday, totaling 40 hours per week.
