Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist - $2,747 per week

About the role

The successful candidate will provide support to the interventional radiologists and cardiologists in the catheterization laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of patients for diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Operate equipment such as x-ray machines, ultrasound machines, and other medical devices
• Monitor patient vitals and ensure patient comfort during procedures
• Document patient data accurately and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
• Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

• Proficient in operating medical equipment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
