Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: No minimum years of experience required, valid certification for Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist, active license in Arizona, and relevant educational background
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting is preferred
- Float: Float rotation may be required
About the Role
The Cath Lab Tech is responsible for providing technical and patient support and patient care. The role involves continuous communication with physicians about patient condition, assisting physicians during procedures, operating equipment safely and correctly, assessing the procedure room for equipment functionality, and ensuring all supplies are prepared for cases. The technician participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities.
