About the role
The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist position is located in an acute care facility, supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. This role involves working day shifts, providing technical assistance during procedures such as cardiac catheterizations, electrophysiology (EP), and peripheral vascular interventions. The position is suitable for professionals with relevant certification and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including cardiac catheterizations, electrophysiology (EP), and peripheral vascular interventions
- Operate and maintain unit equipment and documentation systems
- Assist during procedures as required, functioning independently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Certification in Cardiovascular Technology or equivalent
- BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification
- At least 1 year of experience
- Ability to work on the specified start date between 09/08/2026 and 12/08/2026
Preferred Qualifications
- Willingness to perform electrophysiology (EP) and peripheral procedures
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Adaptable to fast-paced units
- Capable of functioning independently
Schedule
- Days, 10 hours per shift
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
