About the role

Medical Solutions is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Gadsden, Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician
• Assist physicians during interventional procedures
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist with post-procedure care
• Operate and maintain equipment used in the catheterization laboratory
• Document patient information accurately and timely

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist in the state of Alabama
• Experience in performing diagnostic catheterization procedures
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
• Current ACLS certification
• Previous experience in a catheterization laboratory setting
