About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Inverness, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of equipment used in the catheterization laboratory
• Monitor patient vital signs and record data accurately
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care is coordinated

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Current licensure as a Cath Lab Technologist in Florida
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Proficiency in operating catheterization lab equipment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally

Pay

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
