Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist - $2,110 per week

About the role

Zack Group is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Panama City, Florida. The position offers 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts, and a comprehensive compensation and benefit package.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in the catheterization lab.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning them appropriately.
• Operate and monitor equipment used in catheterization procedures.
• Document patient care and procedure details accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Current state or equivalent compact license as a Cath Lab Technologist.
• At least 2 years of recent Cath Lab Tech experience.
• Active or pending state license as a Cath Lab Tech.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current specialty certifications for Cath Lab Tech.
• Two current leadership references and one current co-worker reference.
• Pass background/urine drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a recognized training program in Cath Lab Technology.
• Experience working in a clinical setting.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of catheterization lab protocols and procedures.

Pay

The pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

This is a 4x10 days shift, 08:00:00-18:00:00.
