About the role
Uniti Med is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 12-week assignment starting immediately in Lufkin, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of equipment used in the catheterization laboratory
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies as necessary
- Document procedures and patient care in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of cardiac catheterization techniques and protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized training program in cardiology technology
Skills
- Proficiency in operating medical equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
