Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist - $2,002 per week

TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 12-week assignment in Sanford, Florida.

About the role

This is a travel position in the Cath/EP lab at 1401 W. Seminole Blvd, Sanford, FL. The shift is 9 hours per day (07:00 AM – 04:30 PM), with 36 hours worked per week.

Unit Details

• 2 Cath lab rooms, 1 EP lab, and a holding area
• Patient ratios: 1:1 or 2:1
• Staffing includes Director, charge RN, techs, and RNs
• Equipment: Client fluoroscopy, Mac Lab, Acist, Volcano, IVUS, Angiojet, Penumbra
• Documentation systems: Mac Lab and Meditech
• Scheduling: 4-day 10-hour or 5-day 8-hour shifts with late stays and on-call rotation
• Floating: May float to holding, EP lab, or other areas within scope of practice

Responsibilities

• Perform procedures including TAVR, Watchman, PCI, peripherals, Impella, and balloon pump
• EP lab duties: circulating, scrubbing, monitoring (minimum two of these skills required)

Requirements

• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• One of the following:
  • ARRT certification (for Rad Technologists), or
  • RCIS certification within 3 years of hire
• State license (for RNs)
• Adherence to hospital uniform dress code (scrubs provided)
