About the role

Healthcare Support is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist physicians during interventional procedures.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning them appropriately.
• Operate and maintain equipment used in cardiac catheterization labs.
• Document patient care activities and procedures accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
• Current licensure as a Cath Lab Technologist in Florida.
• Experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting preferred.
• Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 12 hours long, with days off scheduled during the week.
