Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Tech - $2,704 per week

About the role

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Gallatin, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Serves all ages.
• Works with a team to perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Assists in the preparation of patients for cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Operates and maintains equipment used in cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Documents patient care activities and procedures accurately and completely.
• Adheres to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
• Experience in performing cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited training program in cardiac catheterization technology.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures.
