About the Role
Cardiac Device RN needed for an outpatient clinic schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No on-call or weekend requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical management and monitoring of implanted cardiac devices, including pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, and implanted loop recorders
- Provide patient education and support regarding cardiac rhythm management
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Work independently in the technical management of implanted cardiac rhythm management (CRM) devices
- Provide care to cardiac patients aged 18 and older
Requirements
- Current RN license
- BLS certification
- Completion of a pacemaker/ICD Technician program or equivalent job experience
- EPIC experience within the past 2 years
- Knowledge of cardiac rhythm management, cardiac devices, and cardiovascular physiology
