Travel Cardiac Cath Lab RN - $3,440 per week
Job Summary
This role involves providing specialized nursing care in a high-volume, Level 2 or higher hospital setting. The position requires performing a variety of cardiac procedures, including cardiac catheterizations with interventions, device implants, peripheral vascular interventions, stroke management, structural heart procedures, and care for STEMI and stroke patients.
Job Details
- Schedule: 10-hour day shifts Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with on-call responsibilities every 2-3 weekends and one night per week.
Required Qualifications
- Active ND or Compact RN license (willing to obtain)
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
- At least 2 years of cath lab experience
- Prior to submission, must have worked for Sanford Health for at least 6 months (if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working within a hospital setting providing interventional cardiac care
Additional Information
- Must be comfortable administering conscious sedation, managing a wide variety of cardiac and vascular procedures, and working with specialized equipment such as balloon pumps, IMPELLA, Angiovac, FFR, and IVUS
- Floating to other units/departments is possible, and badge-in/out is required at the facility
- Scrub color is provided as "Ceil Blue"
