About the role
The Great Hospital in Coastal New Hampshire is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab RN for a 12-week travel assignment. The position will involve 40 hours per week, 5 ten-hour shifts, with weekday and weekend call expected. The assignment is expected to last approximately 10-12 total days.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures
- Assist in interventional cardiology procedures
- Monitor patient vitals and administer medications as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and care
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- Experience in cardiac cath lab preferred
- Knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current BLS certification
Skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
