Travel Cardiac Cath Lab RN - $2,905 per week

About the role

Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Registered Nurse (RN) position in an acute care setting. The role involves circulating, sedating, and assisting with interventional cardiology procedures including PCI, TEEs, balloon pumps, pacers, event recorders, and defibrillators. The RN will collaborate with cardiologists, perform patient prep, IV placements, and documentation in the electronic medical record system.

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts with staggered start times around 0700, 0800, or 0900
• Shift is currently day hours but will transition to four 10-hour days
• On-call responsibilities required
• Full weekends every third weekend
• On call every third day with 30-minute response time
• Float rotation may be required

Required qualifications

• Valid ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of cath lab experience
• Valid license to submit and willing to wait for licensure

Preferred qualifications

• At least 1 year of cath lab experience
• Prior travel experience
• Experience with EPIC and CUPID scheduling
• Experience with Vocano and Impella devices
