Travel Cardiac Cath Lab RN - $2,620 per week

Job Summary

The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath lab) Nurse is a critical member of the healthcare team based in Charleston, South Carolina. The position involves working in a facility known for its high-quality cardiovascular services and a Level II Trauma Center. Candidates are expected to work every other weekend and holidays on a rotating basis with hospital staff.

Job Details

• Shift: Days, 10 hours shift hours, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• RN licensure
• Cath lab experience
• Emergency medication knowledge
• Proficiency with GE X-ray equipment
• Experience with procedures such as LHC, PCI, TAVR, PPM, Impella, IABP
• Familiarity with documentation systems Maclab and Meditech

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a Cath lab setting

Schedule

7-9 call days per month; at least one weekend per month.

Additional Information

• The facility has 2 labs, performs approximately 10 cases daily, and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment performing specialized cardiovascular procedures.
• The nurse must adhere to hospital dress code, with scrubs provided.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
