About the role
Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a 13-week assignment in Alexandria, Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, days
- Provide care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterizations, peripheral procedures, transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), and device-related treatments
- Work every third or fourth weekend
- Assist with a patient-to-staff ratio of 1:4 (2 nurses and 2 techs)
Requirements
- BLS certification from AHA
- ACLS certification from AHA
- RN license in state of employment or compact
- Weekend availability
- On-call requirements as selected in collaboration with other staff
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of recent acute care experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience with cardiac cath lab procedures
Skills
