Job Details
This is a nursing position for an RN in the Cancer Center focusing on Infusion at New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation - 55 Water Street. The role involves developing, coordinating, and delivering evidence-based educational programs and competency validation for oncology nursing staff. Collaboration with nurse leadership, clinical specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to support orientation, professional development, and continuing education is required. Monitoring compliance with oncology-specific regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards, including ONS guidelines, chemotherapy/immunotherapy certification, and competency requirements.
Schedule Information
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends
- Hrs per day: 7
- Hrs per week: 37.5
Additional Details
- Central Office–based, not at a cancer facility
- Requires travel to select H+H facilities (details to be discussed during the interview process)
