Travel Booking Agent

About the Role

As a Travel Booking Agent with Luxury Escape by Jaclyn Vehlewald, your work will center on helping travel-related requests move from research or inquiry through accurate documentation, coordination, and follow-up. This position supports the day-to-day customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows associated with Luxury Escape by Jaclyn Vehlewald.

Responsibilities

• Review traveler requests, booking details, destination research, supplier information, or itinerary changes.
• Maintain accuracy of names, dates, confirmations, preferences, and travel documentation in shared systems.
• Follow up with travelers, suppliers, or internal teams when information or action is outstanding.
• Resolve routine questions and escalate complex booking or service issues with clear notes.
• Ensure travelers receive timely updates and booking information stays accurate.
• Track open work so another team member can understand the status of a trip from the record alone.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to names, dates, confirmations, and customer preferences.
• Clear customer communication and dependable follow-up.
• Confidence researching and organizing information across web-based tools.
• Ability to manage several requests without losing track of outstanding details.
• Comfort applying these habits specifically to travel booking responsibilities, not generic administrative support.

Training on company-specific processes or systems may be provided where appropriate.

Work Arrangement

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. Associate level.

Pay

Base compensation: $42,000–$62,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
