Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Transplant for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Atlanta, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to transplant patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Assist with pre-transplant and post-transplant patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely according to hospital policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Georgia.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in transplant nursing preferred.

Pay
