About the role
Join our team in Brooklyn, NY. We are seeking an experienced ABA Therapist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and data collection
- Provide direct therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Conduct progress evaluations and document outcomes
- Collaborate with families, school staff, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
- Stay updated on best practices and research in ABA therapy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Current certification in ABA from a recognized organization
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field preferred
- Experience in a clinical setting
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
Skills
- Excellent observational and assessment skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
