Travel Anesthesiologist - 62826BR

Requirements

• ABA or AOBA board-certified
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
• Leadership skills and experience necessary to potentially fill interim medical director role
• Willingness to travel and work at any facility for 3 to 6 months
• Licensure in a minimum of 5 states; TeamHealth will help with needed state licensure
• Must have a clean background
• Rapid deployment and credentialing requires having no restrictions to practice

Clinical and Leadership Skills

• Have a solution-oriented approach to problem solving
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Understand the financial factors involved that may influence practice management decisions
• Show emotional intelligence in dealing with personnel issues and key stakeholders in the facility
• Must have the ability to perform a wide variety of cases due to the varying needs of our hospital partners
• CV capability a plus but not necessary

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive compensation, with an estimated base salary of $700,000 to $700,000 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives
• 12 weeks paid time off
• Sign-on bonus offered

Reimbursement

• Reimbursement of all travel, accommodations, and meals (reimbursement policy applies)
• Reimbursement for additional fees include state licenses, application fees, staff dues, and other such fees as appropriate
