The Advisor Development Lead plays a critical role in driving the Travel Genie advisor experience, owning day-to-day engagement while improving the systems, resources, and processes that enable advisor Development.
Responsibilities
- Owning day-to-day engagement with the Travel Genie advisor community
- Improving systems, resources, and processes to support advisor development
- Serving as a trusted partner, coach, and experience champion for the Travel Genie community
- Proactively addressing advisor needs and challenges
- Helping independent travel advisors build confidence, consistency, and income
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a customer-facing organization
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with advisors
- Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the independent travel advisor ecosystem
- Experience with CRM tools and other technology platforms relevant to the travel industry
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
- Experience with travel industry software and tools
