Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 15-week assignment starting September 21, 2026, at a hospital in Show Low, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an acute care setting
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Arizona
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the national certification exam
• Experience in acute care settings preferred
