About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Lafayette, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in a rehabilitation setting.
- Work closely with patients to help them regain independence and improve their quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment goals.
- Document progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Indiana.
- At least 2 years of recent experience in rehabilitation.
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam.
- Current CPR certification.

Pay
Gross weekly pay: $2437.11
Schedule
