Travel Acute Care Occupational Therapist - $2,126 per week

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for an assignment in Montgomery, Alabama.

About the Role

Ready for your next acute care opportunity? This 13-week contract offers 40 hours per week with an 8-hour day shift in an acute care hospital setting. The position starts as soon as possible and may be extended.

Responsibilities

• Help patients regain and maintain the skills needed to live and work independently.
• Provide occupational therapy treatment and patient care according to facility guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other caregivers.
• Delegate and supervise occupational therapist assistants as needed.

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in Alabama.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel.

Pay

$1,960 - $2,126 per week.
