About the role
Corpora Christi Medical Center is seeking an experienced Trauma Surgeon to join their dedicated team at the Bay Area Campus.
Responsibilities
- Trauma service coverage including acute care surgery
- Participation in state-of-the-art robotic surgery
- General Surgery coverage with state verified Level IV trauma designation
- 24-hour call from home

- Average 15 shifts per month with 26 weeks off per year
- Back-end support including billing, credentialing, payroll, and clinic management
Requirements
- Board Eligible / Certified in General Surgery with Trauma/Surgical Critical Care Fellowship
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in trauma surgery
- Strong surgical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
