Trauma Registrar

About the role

The Trauma Registrar at MultiCare plays a key role in providing high-standard quality patient care. This position involves managing all components of the Trauma Registry and trauma informatics, including clinical case reviews, data retrieval and collection, and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Interpret the clinical care provided to trauma patients
• Run advanced computing and database administration
• Engage in a dynamic range of work functions from clinical case reviews to statistical analysis
• Tackle highly varied, detailed-orientated and technical tasks

Requirements

• A minimum AA or equivalent post-high school administrative course work
• Experience in acute care support positions related to trauma or emergency care
• Completion of two (2) State Trauma Registrar courses within 90 days or no more than 12 months prior to employment

Pay and Benefits

The pay scale for this position ranges from $26.56 to $38.22 USD per hour. Factors influencing pay include the applicant's skill set, level of experience, and certifications or educational qualifications. For positions associated with union contracts, pay scales may reflect appropriate steps on the pay scale based on years of experience.
