About the Role
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to trauma and complex medical-surgical patients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Administer medications and IV therapies
- Monitor telemetry and manage wounds and post-operative care
- Coordinate interdisciplinary treatment plans
- Educate patients and families
- Ensure accurate EMR documentation
- Contribute to quality and safety initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of trauma and surgical nursing practices
