Trauma Focused Mental Health Therapist
About the role
We're seeking a unique, passionate, and authentic therapist or psychologist to join our vibrant Palm Beach County team!
We're especially interested in professionals experienced in EMDR, Brainspotting, or another trauma focused modality.
Who You Are
- Fully licensed in Florida as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologists (we will consider pre-licensed as well)
- Experienced working with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families
- Skilled in trauma, substance use, or school-based therapy preferred
- Familiar with documentation, insurance billing, and community resources
- Credentialed or able to be credentialed with insurance panels
What You’ll Do
- Provide mental health assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans
- Maintain clear, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a dynamic clinical team and engage in regular consultation
- Use creative interventions to help clients reach their goals
- Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers
- Attend clinical meetings and ongoing training
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 sessions/week

Compensation
$65,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
