Trauma Coordinator / RN ER

Join our team as a full-time, day shift Emergency Room (ER) Trauma Coordinator Registered Nurse responsible for supervising staff, promoting harmonious relationships, and supporting hospital mission and patient care quality. Key Duties Include Directing and supervising nursing and staff members within the department.Supporting and interpreting hospital mission and fostering positive relationships among staff, medical teams, patients, and families.Ensuring the delivery and evaluation of patient care to improve quality outcomes, aligned with hospital philosophy and budget.Providing care appropriate to the age of patients served, within a collaborative hospital environment. Qualifications Graduate of an approved nursing school and licensed as a Registered Nurse in New Mexico.Minimum of 2 years recent experience in the specialty area.BLS certification within 14 days of hire and prior to direct patient care; ACLS required. Preferred Qualifications Include Master’s Degree in Education.Specialty certification.
