About the role

We seek a Teacher/Facilitator/Consultant who collaborates with nursing and organizational management to implement educational goals. This role assesses, designs, presents, and evaluates educational programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, designs, presents and provides evaluation of educational program for clinical and non-clinical staff based on identified needs/competencies.
• Participates in groups and professional associations.
• Functions as a performance consultant.
• Captures training facilities and other resources.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Master’s degree in nursing preferred.
• 3 years of nursing experience required.

Qualifications

• Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association certification required.
