Trauma Clinical Nurse Coordinator, Full Time, 7a-3:30p

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Trauma Director and Trauma Program Manager on clinical components of the Trauma Program.
• Liaison between Trauma Program and clinical departments and staff.
• Provides education resources and serves as instructor in trauma care and trauma‑related topics for medical, nursing, allied health, para‑professional and pre‑hospital personnel.
• Participates in a multi‑disciplinary framework to integrate allied health care recommendations into the nursing care plan.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree – Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required)
• Master's Degree (Preferred)
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (Preferred)

Experience

• 5 years of experience in trauma, critical care, or emergency department (Required)

Licenses and Certifications

• PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
• Board of Certification for Emergency Nursing (Preferred)
• Critical Care RN Certification (Preferred)
• Multi‑State Compact RN License (Required)
