Requirements to Participate
- Provide KCCB with the completed City of San Jose Waiver via KCCB Google Forms prior to the event. No waiver, no participation.
- Acknowledge that you are 15+ years of age and participating on your own time. If you are under 15, you must have an adult responsible for you during the event.
