TRASH TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

Location: Arkansas Children's Hospital - 1 Children's Way, Little Rock, AR 72202

About the role

Collects, transports, and properly disposes of trash and bio-hazardous materials following established safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, transports, and disposes of trash, chemicals, and bio-hazardous materials using proper safety procedures.
• Performs cleaning functions as assigned; properly operates cleaning equipment as designated.
• Recognizes safety hazards and acts accordingly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have physical ability to walk, stand and push trash containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.
• Prior cleaning experience preferred.

Pay

Fixed pay rate: $15.00 per hour.

Schedule

Full time. Monday - Friday, rotating weekends and holidays. Shifts: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm or 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm.
