TRANSPORTER

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from Pate facilities, appointments, and residence as needed in company vehicles
• Adhere to established transportation schedule
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of company vehicles, maintaining any issues to supervisor immediately
• Assist patients with entering and exiting vehicle as needed
• Transport supplies as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, stakeholders, and team members
• Must pass all pre-employment and employment screenings

Pate Rehabilitation is an affiliate of Rehab Without Walls, providing evidence-based physical, occupational, speech/language, and neurocognitive therapies, as well as vocational rehabilitation, to help individuals recover from an acquired brain injury.
