We need to output HTML fragment with sections only when posting has real specific content. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. First paragraph: "Engineering Technicians Construction Engineering & Inspection Division Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering (ICE) is seeking experienced Engineering Technicians/Construction Inspectors for multiple upcoming opportunities in Division 14 (Sylva, Waynesville, Hendersonville, Franklin, Murphy). These roles offer the chance to contribute to a variety of impactful infrastructure and transportation initiatives across the region. Ideal candidates will hold relevant NCDOT certifications and have prior experience in Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) services." That's about the role. Could be "About the role". We'll put that in

. Then "Responsibilities" heading, then list of responsibilities bullet points. Then "Qualifications" heading? The posting has "Qualifications" then "Education And Experience Requirements", "Certifications And Training Requirements". Also "Work Environment & Physical Requirements", "Expected Hours of Work", "Why Build Your Career with ICE?" etc. We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. - About the role: we have intro paragraph. - Responsibilities: we have list. - Requirements: maybe combine Education And Experience Requirements, Certifications And Training Requirements, Work Environment & Physical Requirements? The spec says "Requirements" heading can be used for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. We could put education/experience, certifications, work environment under Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe we could treat "Qualifications" heading for the list of qualifications like "Above average math and problem-solving skills..." etc. But we already used Requirements for qualifications? The spec says we can have both Qualifications and Requirements sections. We need to decide based on content. The posting has a section titled "Qualifications" with bullet list: Above average math..., Ability to adapt..., Ability to communicate..., Must be legally authorized..., Fleet drivers..., Must complete pre-employment screening... Then "Education And Experience Requirements" with bullet list. Then "Certifications And Training Requirements" with bullet list. Then "Work Environment & Physical Requirements" with paragraph. Then "Expected Hours of Work" with paragraph. Then "Why Build Your Career with ICE?" with description about company, benefits, etc. We also have "Compensation is commensurate with the candidate's level of experience and applicable NCDOT certifications." That's pay info but vague; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "Compensation is commensurate with the candidate's level of experience and applicable NCDOT certifications." That's vague, not specific numbers. According to rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. So we should not create Pay section because it's just "commensurate with experience". Similarly, Benefits: there is a line "Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits" under Why Build Your Career with ICE? That's vague. Should we create Benefits section? It mentions "competitive pay and comprehensive benefits" but not specific. According to rule, we should not create Benefits unless posting actually states them (specific). It's vague, so we should not create Benefits section. Schedule: "Expected Hours of Work" says ICE corporate offices are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Night and weekend work may be required based on the project schedule. That's specific enough? It gives standard hours and mentions possible night/weekend. That seems like schedule info. We can create a Schedule section with that content. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Education/Experience, Certifications, Work Environment?), Qualifications (the skills list), Schedule. We must not create Benefits or Pay. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Let's draft:

We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, etc. We removed the "Why Build Your Career with ICE?" section because it's vague benefits. Also removed the Equal Opportunity Employer paragraph etc. Check that we preserved all substantive info: The intro, responsibilities, qualifications (skills), education/experience, certifications/training (including the detailed levels), work environment, schedule. We omitted the "Compensation is commensurate..." line inside certifications section? Actually we included it as first bullet under Certifications and Training. That line is about compensation but it's vague; we included it as part of certifications section because it's there. However the rule says never create Pay section unless posting actually states them. But we are not making a Pay section; we just included that sentence inside Certifications section. Is that allowed? It's not a heading; it's just a sentence. It's substantive? It's vague but it's part of the posting. The rule says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that sentence somewhere. It's okay to keep it under Certifications section as a bullet. However it's about compensation, but we are not making a Pay section. That's fine. We also included the line "Compensation is commensurate with the candidate's level of experience and applicable NCDOT certifications. We are seeking inspectors at all levels (TCI I-IV), with pay reflecting certifications, responsibilities, and demonstrated construction inspection expertise." That's two sentences. We kept them. We also need to ensure we didn't include any duplicated lines. Looks fine. Check that we didn't include any navigation or legal boilerplate. We removed the EEO paragraph, the contact info, the website, the hashtags. Now output only HTML fragment. Make sure to use proper HTML tags:
