Transportation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise transportation staff responsible for transporting residents to and from appointments and outings using community vehicles.
• Ensure residents receive all appropriate assistance during outings.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a bus/van driver.
• Prior leadership role or supervisory experience preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• A valid and current driver's license required.
• A CDL (Commercial Driver's License) upon hire is required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or willingness to obtain them.
• A clean DMV driving record maintained.
• Knowledge of the surrounding neighborhood area.
• Excellent communication skills, patience, and ability to deal with stress.
• A client and customer-focused approach to problem solving and goal setting.

Additional Requirements

• Maintain a clean DMV driving record.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications.

Pay

USD $31.63 - USD $39.54 /Hr.
