Transportation Supervisor

About the role

Delivers essential administrative, fiscal, and operational support to the Parts Inventory Manager.

Serves as the central administrative hub for the Parts division at our Kasch Park location, providing supplementary support to Vehicle Maintenance personnel as needed.

Facilitates departmental accounting processes, manages represented staff timekeeping, and assists with processing warranty claims.

Affords the vital link between Parts, vendors, and Accounts Payable, ensuring accurate financial exchanges and maintaining strict compliance with agency policies and labor agreements.

This position is funded as a term-limited assignment with a minimum duration of 1 year.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License.
