Transportation Supervisor

Job Functions

• Supervise and lead a fleet of 20 dedicated drivers, office taskers, and partner carriers.
• Manage and maintain Power, Non-Power, and Ancillary equipment.
• Supervise and lead operational tasks such as routing, driver scheduling, equipment maintenance, tracking shipments, customer service, etc.
• Complete administrative tasks such as payroll, billing, processing BOLs/PODs, etc.
• Maintain and update compliance records and files to ensure driver and equipment compliance.
• Coach transportation associates to achieve internal and external objectives.
• Avoid and troubleshoot issues as they arise, both during and after hours.
• Build and maintain a team-focused, positive environment within the driver fleet, customers, and office.
• Build and maintain great relationships with customer locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required.
• Experience in transportation and fleet management, preferred.

Benefits

• National salary range of $62,500 - $70,000.
• California salary range of $70,304 - $82,000.
• Washington salary range of $80,169 - $82,000.

• 6:00am-3:00pm
• Rotating weekend phone coverage
