Responsibilities
- Transport guests to and from the airport and surrounding locations as needed.
- Greet guests and assist them with luggage.
- Assist guests in and out of limousines and shuttles.
- Operate commercial motor vehicles, including those transporting 16 or more passengers.
- Perform limousine and shuttle bus functions, maintenance, and safety procedures, including handling wheelchair lifts, temperature control, and checking/maintaining fuel/fluid levels.
- Stay informed about hotel events and promotions to respond to guest inquiries.
- Communicate via two-way radio or cellphone.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Commercial Driver License (CDL) required.
- 21 years or older.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as maps, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English with guests and employees.
- Valid Nevada Commercial Driver’s License.
- Current Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles Printout with no points.
- Pre-employment drug test required.
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs. or more.
- Extensive knowledge of the Reno/Sparks area is a plus.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and a cordial attitude toward all guests and staff.
