Transportation Specialist(CDL) - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from the airport and surrounding locations as needed.
• Greet guests and assist them with luggage.
• Assist guests in and out of limousines and shuttles.
• Operate commercial motor vehicles, including those transporting 16 or more passengers.
• Perform limousine and shuttle bus functions, maintenance, and safety procedures, including handling wheelchair lifts, temperature control, and checking/maintaining fuel/fluid levels.
• Stay informed about hotel events and promotions to respond to guest inquiries.
• Communicate via two-way radio or cellphone.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Commercial Driver License (CDL) required.
• 21 years or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as maps, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English with guests and employees.
• Valid Nevada Commercial Driver’s License.
• Current Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles Printout with no points.
• Pre-employment drug test required.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs. or more.
• Extensive knowledge of the Reno/Sparks area is a plus.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and a cordial attitude toward all guests and staff.
