Transportation Representative, ROW IB

About the role

The ROW IB team is seeking a highly motivated transportation representative to manage daily operational activities centrally across INFCs. The objective is to provide earliest appointments to all sellers and address vendor/seller appointment-related requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely resolution to issues by checking and querying internal tools and making real-time decisions.
• Understand and analyze data to notice trends and drive seller experience without compromising on time.
• Address vendor/seller requests via emails, calls, and ticketing mechanisms in a timely manner within an ambiguous environment.
• Facilitate the flow of information, report progress, identify blockers, and provide resolutions.
• Ensure high standards while addressing requests and proposing alternate solutions by checking earliest availability.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Experience managing time efficiently, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with internet navigation and website usage.
• Graduation from a recognized university.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Ability to communicate correctly and understand issues, concentrate, and follow up on issues without distraction.
• Deep diving skills.

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications include experience with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence.
