Transportation Representative, ROW IB

About the role

The ROW IB team is seeking a highly motivated transportation representative to manage daily operational activities centrally across INFCs. The objective is to provide earliest appointments to sellers and address vendor/seller appointment-related requests.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely resolution to issues by checking and querying internal tools and making real-time decisions.
  • Understand and analyze data to notice trends and drive seller experience without compromising on time.
  • Communicate clearly in English both in writing and verbally via emails and hotline calls.
  • Address vendor/seller requests through emails, calls, and ticketing mechanisms in a timely manner within an ambiguous environment using data analysis and other tools.
  • Facilitate the flow of information, report progress, identify blockers, and provide resolutions.
  • Inspire high standards while addressing requests and proposing alternative solutions by checking earliest availability.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
  • Experience managing time efficiently, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with internet navigation and website usage.
  • Graduation from a recognized university.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Ability to concentrate and follow up on issues without distraction to resolution.
  • Deep diving skills.

  • Basic qualifications include experience with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities; experience managing time efficiently, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams; experience with computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of working over the internet and successfully navigating websites; graduation from a recognized university; excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; ability to communicate correctly and understand the issues; ability to concentrate and follow up on issues without distraction to resolution; and deep diving skills.
