What You'll Do
- Join a cohesive team covering every realm of transportation, including impacts to commerce, safety and climate.
- Contribute scoops, breaking news and high-impact enterprise to every platform of POLITICO, including politico.com and POLITICO Pro.
- Write our popular Morning Transportation newsletter, a role that will make you the face of our coverage for a professional subscriber audience.
What You'll Need
- Experience delivering scoops and high-impact enterprise on a major beat
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly and accurately on tight deadlines, synthesizing and explaining complicated information
- A track record of navigating a demanding, fast-paced reporting job
- Experience covering transportation policy issues, Congress or regulatory agencies is a plus
