Transportation Operations Manager

About the Role

The Operations Manager (OM) will report to the General Manager and assist with supervisory responsibilities. This onsite position requires active communication and collaboration with the client and other vendors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of all drivers and oversee the development and implementation of standard operating procedures in accordance with client requirements and company policies.
• Ensure all bus routes operate consistently and adequately meet the client's transportation needs.
• Make logistical coverage and staffing decisions and communicate them effectively.
