About the role
Make a meaningful impact every day by helping neighbors stay nourished, connected, and independent—supporting the well-being of the clients and residents who rely on our services. As a Driver, you’ll play an essential role in providing safe, reliable transportation and meal delivery services for our community. You’ll transport clients and residents to appointments and scheduled activities, deliver Meals on Wheels, and ensure door-through-door service while working collaboratively with dispatchers and the Director of Transportation.

Flexible schedules available; hours vary based on need.
Location
The Fleet, at Westover – 855 Stahlheber Road, Hamilton, OH 45013.
Pay
- Meals on Wheels Driver: $12 per hour
- Transportation Driver: $14 - $16 per hour, based on experience
Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
- Friendly, positive attitude and passion for serving others
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to use email, GPS devices, electronic tablets, and learn new technology
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
- Must be 21 years of age or older
