Transportation Manager - Full-Time

Role Overview

Responsible for managing Central Transportation (CT) operations to meet or exceed client expectations while adhering to budget guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee CT Services programs following standardized procedures.
• Continuously improve operational efficiency based on quality performance results.
• Manage routines, safety training, and develop staff through training programs.
• Maintain effective internal communication, address issues proactively, and ensure smooth operations.
• Establish strong client relationships and meet client requirements.
• Monitor financials, control expenses, and manage staffing and performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• College degree or higher with at least 3 years managerial experience and 5 years relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Central Transportation, proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, customer service orientation, and the ability to work under pressure.
• High integrity, responsibility, teamwork, and professional dedication.
